EXCAVATOR "TVEX"

We completed this project in 2008 for the company "TVEX" (Russia). The project provides for the creation of a new cab and hood for the rotary platform of the excavator. The cylindrical shape of the new cab allows the use of a simple electric front window opening mechanism. Such a mechanism ensures the fixation of the glass in any ajar position, which cannot be achieved using the traditional design of the front window. The original design of the round door makes it possible to use a sliding glass of an unusually large area. The cabin uses a modular work chair. All controls are located on larger consoles.

armchairs. To facilitate maintenance and repair of the machine, the top hood cover is made as a single element. The hood in the open position is fixed using gas springs and a safety device. The original way to open the hood of the battery compartment allows you to use the built-in ladder in any situation when servicing or repairing the excavator.
